Return Policy for Ruggles
At Ruggles, please read our refund policy before purchasing to establish our rules. Custom satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help!
All products are as is on photos and descriptions so you please make a clear decision on time of purchase as all orders are final
Product Return policy (Does not apply for Custom Rugs)
If you receive your product and it is damaged or defected, you must contact us directly via email to resolve this with us. We will ask you to return the product and once we receive it, you will refunded or a replacement will be sent if requested. You cannot receive a refund for damaged or defected product if you have not returned the item to us.
Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included and must be sent back to us to review before refund
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at rugglesco@gmail.com within 3 days upon delivery date.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange, as requested.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you fail to give the correct address or accidentally give the wrong house number and place an order, you have 1 days from when ordered to correct the address. You will also receive a confirmation email just after purchasing that will show you the details including the address submitted so you can make sure it is correct. Once 3 days have passed your order will have been sent off. If you provided the wrong address there is nothing we can do to resolve this. And we will NOT offer ANY refunds or returns.
We do not offer any other reasons for refunds or returns, all orders are final
Custom rug return polices:
We do not offer any refunds or returns for any reasons.
You must wait the total time stated in the product description to receive your rug:
Production Process (30 days), please allow additional time in case of delays (7 days)
Shipping Time (7-14 days)
You must acknowledge our design production information in the product description as they they cannot be used as reasons for Refunds or Returns:
If your design has a large amount of different shades of the same colour our team will need to adjust the design. If you order a rug and the design has many different shades of one colour, we'll simplify it to just a few shades of that colour.
If you select for example 60cm, if your design is circular or square it will be no larger then 60x60cm. If your design is rectangular, the larger width will be no longer then 60cm although the shorter width can vary depending on the design
There may be defects throughout the rug as not all designs will come our perfect, it may also have some loose threads because of it being a newly produced.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will only issue a refund if the parcel has not been sent out yet or if it has already arrived it must follow rules stated of the condition of the product
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
